Compass Concierge Frequently Asked Questions

Am I eligible to participate in the program?
Yes! As long as you sign the Compass Concierge Services Agreement and an exclusive Listing Agreement with Lisa and Lourdes and Compass.
How much can i spend on home improvements?
There is currently no maximum threshold for the costs of services but Compass reserves the right, taking into account the listing price of the property and any other relevant factors, to impose a cap on a case-by-case basis. It is recommended that the total cost of the quoted services be less than or equal to 2-3% of the property's expected initial Listing Price. Submissions requesting more than 3% will be subject to additional review by Lisa and Lourdes and the Concierge team.
What improvements are not covered?
Construction, floor installation, and other non-cosmetic services are NOT covered.
How do I sign Up?
Lisa and Lourdes will walk you through the initial process and then take you through the entire sales process from beginning to end. Our 8-Point Strategic Sellers Program, which includes the Compass Concierge program, is designed for you - the seller - to put your home in the best position possible to sell.
